Thats extremely steep for just a timing belt and water pump. Check to see if he's replacing any of the pulleys as well with that price. Theres a thread around here, where you can buy the entire timing belt kit for 300. Also check out a local mechanic, if you don't know any ask a co-worker, or friend. Depending where you live, I believe there is a dealer offering to do the 105k fairly cheep. I think its Hamilton Honda in NJ and just ask them to replace the tensioner pulleys and idler pulley.
Concerning the motor mounts I know the front and rear are a pain. When I did my timing belt service, the dealer went ahead and replaced the side mount. They didnt charge me labor since they were already in that area working. New mount was $8X.00 for the side, but I'm not sure about the front.
Edit:
Heres the dealers site:http://www.hamiltonhonda.net/specials/service.htm

1000 is about right from a dealer (minus the $380 deal in NJ). That would include the pump, tensioner and the belt.
800 is pretty pricey for two mounts. side mount can be done in 30 minutes or less. Front mount will take a little longer but you can save hundreds DIY.

^^^ THIS !!!
ask the dealer how much only for the labor and take the parts yourself....
or find a mechanic and do it that way....
if you are in KS send me a PM and will help ya....the mounts should not take more than 1-2 hours and they dont cost as much....Timing belt sounds about right....

You can buy all 5 mounts for less than 500 dollars with no discount though the dealer. And the whole timing belt setup with water pump and everything you need can be had for less than 400.
Take it to a honda/acura specialist in your area to get a better price. I just bought all the items for my type s with a nw power steering line and all the parts to rebuild the pump for 800 shipped.

Just had my timing belt done about a month ago and I had to replace a side mount at the same time... So it's safe to say they go in conjunction with the timing belt.
Also, I only paid 850ish or so for the entire job.
