Engine Covers Needed / Necessary??

So I bought my car not too long ago from a non-acura dealer. I noticed that the engine covers (outlined in red below) are not there. My first question is, are they necessary? Secondly, I can't seem to find the Driver's Side piece anywhere online. All photos show <-B-6 and I don't know exactly what that means. I found the other piece for purchase, but want to get both if necessary. Also pictured is the parts list of what is in the upper pic.

What do you guys think?

You do not need these covers. They are there to contain the heat and noise with the engine bay. IMO they are a pain in the ass when it comes to working on the car.

B-6 is the battery cover, none of them are necessary, but I removed the one over the front strut bar because it looks cool to see the strut bar.

They are just dress-up covers. They hold in heat, which is bad.

Remove them!!!-Let that heat out~
And get P2R (type S cars) or Thermoblock intake spacers- both are heat isolaters to keep engine heat from rising direct to the intake manifold.
Gains in power of 8hp- 11 ft lbs torque, and possibly better mileage if you learn to stay off the throttle so hard!
see vendor Excelerate for both of those

But my car likes to run to 5000rpm- just getting on the freeway safely and merging at 70 something... as required by traffic conditions

As stated before, the covers are merely cosmetic items to make the engine bay look pretty.
