Easter Weekend and 'The List'

I don't know about all of you but my desire to mod my car is a very cyclical impulse. Come Aug/Sept I will have no motivation to work on my car. April/May rolls around and I set aside almost all other hobbies and focus on my blacura. What happens then is I always have a bunch of mods that didn't get started last year.

Not having a garage also delays my progress often. But I'm going home this weekend for Easter and will have 2.5 solid days of nothing but car time.

So I have a list of what I have waiting to do. Which of these would you all do first?
  • slave check valve delete
  • bumper to bumper rock chip fixing (bought special tools for this)
  • detail (exterior - cut n buff)
  • detail (interior - mainly carpet cleaning)
  • detail (engine - my bay is gross)
  • sound deadening (i bought nice CLD and CCF - doors/trunk/rear deck)
  • install accord fogs
  • custom rear deck mod for easy shock adjustment
  • UCM or a less aggressive version
  • a few random rattles need fixed (glovebox, rear deck, and a seat I think)
  • redo my headlights and replace burnt out angel eye
  • sand/polish/reclear headlights
  • front compliance bushings replacement
  • repaint brembos and rear calipers
  • scrub/polish the shit out of my stock mufflers (I mean the whole muffler not the tips)
  • fix misaligned side skirt tab (yea, there is a tiny gap that's been pissing me off)
  • install footwell lighting
  • install CFL license plate light
  • fix over-weighted rear trunk
  • paint valve cover
Well that's all I can remember off the top of my head. I think the rock chips is one of the more important ones for me.

I'll make a nice DIY for the rear deck mod. As far as I can tell no one has attempted this yet.

This is not a religious thread - there's a place for that, but it's not here; post deleted.

Unfortunatly, my list is mostly yard-work.

I do plan to change the wipers on 2 or 3 (of 3) cars. Plan to wash and wax the daughters Mustang.

Will also wash the '07 TL-S. I hope.

Damn that's a big list of stuff to do.

Be sure to check out my DIY on the accord fogs, footwell lighting, and Cold Cathode License Plate light.

I'm interested in seeing how the rock chip fix goes!!

I want to clean my TL-S in side and out then after that going for out for a enjoy ride I miss that Vtec but I am stuck at Houston,TX and driving my bro GS300 (not missing that heavy steering at all) at the moment and my fly won't bring me back to CT until Sun day, may be I can search my TL for eggs while clean and detailing it.

Not sure why you would 'delete' my post. And no matter what forum I put my threads in you move it. If this thread strictly about mods doesn't belong in the 'mods' forum I don't know where it belongs. Glad that's your job.

When I get on a pc I'll update today's progress.

You've misunderstood. I didn't do anything to your post(s). I deleted a post from another user (2 now actually); blatantly religious posts that have no business in this forum, let alone this thread. We have a Religion & Politics sub-forum if some one feels the need to proselytize.

As far as the other: if a mod moves a thread there's usually a reason. In some cases it's a judgment call, but again, not without some reasoning behind it. If you have a post/thread moved or deleted and don't know why, all you gotta do is PM a mod and you'll get an explanation. Easy-Peasy.
