Hey guys just wanted to post up the dyno results from today, mod list is in my sig. Max hp was 264 on a typically low reading mustang all wheel dyno. Let me know what you guys think.

Congrats on the numbers..

Maybe a stupid question but why is that rear roller moving? Is it because it's a mustang dyno?

All the dynos near here at dynojets and when running non AWD cars the other roller is locked up.. :/

Only close mustang dyno has only one roller so no awd capability on it..

Sounds nice also!

maybe to avoid the VSA thinking the tires are slipping it just a random guess since I haven't seen a car like the TL being dynoed in person. What's that grey line in that dyno sheet, AF ratio?

A few things:
1) Keep wear even
2) VSA is a possibility
3) Just does

I'm gonna go with #3.

But I would say as long as the car is well planted and held down the VSA shouldn't go off unless there is wheel spin over the roller and I could agree it would happen on a force fed TL but not all motor..

Unless of course the VSA acts up like on other similar technology cars which kicks in if it notes that the rear wheels are at a different speed than the front and assumes its wheel spin.. can anyone confirm?

hey guys the tuner had just got done with a wrx so the dyno was set for an awd car, he assured me it made no real difference in hp numbers to spin the rear wheels. As far as the vsa theory I dont think that even crossed his mind, if so a simple push of a button would be an easy fix.

Yeah makes sense just turning the VSA off but the roller of the dyno as well would just get turned off the same way with just pushing a button in the dyno software..

You have any clips of how the exhaust sounds?

Props on your car!!

Take off your wing and get some TL-s tails and your car looks beast.

just wondering, noob question xP, but how exactly do they do dynos? i've never been to a dyno session nor have i really seen/heard how they do it. do they just run it to 3rd then go WOT or what? just wondering how they get the numbers and how it stays consistent with other runs/dynos/cars.
