Drove home new TL last night!
Hi peoples,
On Monday I made the deal for a new 05 non-nav auto nbp/parchmant TL (Base Model -- no accessories added, no free services), and brought the car home yesterday from Acura of Boston.
Paid $29800 for the car + $200 doc fee + MA state Tax/Title/License = under $31600 out the door. Also picked up the year-end 2.9% financing.
I was stunned that the dealer accepted this offer. Has anyone bought theres for cheaper or even close to that amount?
I'd say the experience with Acura of Boston so far has been straight-forward/no BS.
One thing maybe concerns me though. When I picked up my car, I had to wait about 2 hours becase it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. The salesman said it was because the service center was unexpectedly backed up. He was probably telling the truth (maybe snow on ground made all the cars prep time longer) but is it possible that they had to fix something and I could've been lied to about the reason for the wait?
Anyways now I gotta burn some music onto a dvd and get the windows tinted and I'll be on my way.

Great deal! I purchased mine on the last day of Nov. with basically the same options as you for $30,300, out the door was $32,000.
Congrats on your ride! Enjoy and be safe.

Don't worry about the time .. My dealer prep had us waiting for about 3 hours and we had scheduled a pickup time two days earlier ... Enjoy the new car!!
