Just order the one for the driver's rear door...it fits.

do a search on "shaved lock mod". I tried to look for you but the site is so slow I gave up. It's very easy, as you open the door, look down at the handle and you'll see a little plastic hook, that's all that holds it on. Just use a very thin screwdriver or small knife.

I just went into the parts department and ordered the piece for the driver's side passenger door (think it was around $25 or so, but really looks slick). The tabs on them are crappy and break easily I'm told and my stock one was broken when I went to put the new one on. They just pop off with a flathead screwdriver.

When you pull the handle to open the door, there will be a little plastic tab that becomes visible at the base of the cover for the lock cylinder. Just slip the head of the screwdriver under it and it will pop off. Sorry for not having pics.
