To drive or not to drive, that is the question
To drive or not to drive, that is the question
All I can say is that this TL is a bad ass car and I love driving the mutha fuka. So smooth, good power and sexy as hell.
The only problem is I like driving it to much. So when we go out to lunch at work I always volunteer to drive. Or just find places to go drive it. I think I need to stop doing that, getting to many miles on the car.
Any one else feel my pain?

Think about the gas
You're from San Diego, I know it's gonna be expensive there. Probably more than it is up here in Los Angeles. I'll be damned if I volunteer to drive to lunch everyday. There will be no food in my car, and noone that smells of food in my car
Well, they can go in the trunk.
Now, I just need my car

This is not a rare car, where a few thousand miles can make a big difference in 30 years. I have owned a number of those, but after a while, I started hating owning a museum piece. I showed one of my cars at Bloomington (the Pebble Beach of Corvette shows), and had to compete against garage queens in trailers, with the tread armor alled!!! Although they give extra points for cars that are driven, and a rock nick here and there are not to be considered when the car is evaluated, he fact is the judges cannot get over their bias. I made Bloomingtin "Gold", but that was more the result of the tremendous attention to detail we did, and my ability to source rare parts nationwide (before the Intrernet made it a lot easier, and GM's licensing of its trademarks made it harder).
I love driving this car. After a year, I still find reasons to drive. Road trips are a dream....I can't wait till my road trip to Savannah, Georgia, for a meeting just after the election. If I keep driving it this much, I'll run out of warranty in only another year and a half.
