I just paid $2.499/gal on Sunday here in SoCal (Mission Viejo Mobil La Paz @ I5). I was so bummed. Full service was over $3 a gallon.

I hope it doesn't hit $3. I mean with the jumps I've seen recently here in NYC.... like $1.81 to $2.05 in one weekend.

it looks like its starting to go down, which is good. i guess i cant talk for cali b/c you guys laws and taxes are riticulous.

Lowest recent price I've seen on Premium is $1.84, with regular being about $.20 less in Southern Mass.

i been getting $2.23 (91) @ texaco and shell..... chevron is little high.
