What I mean by this is things the TL can do or options the brouchure doesn't list nor does the manual.

With my current car we started a list and got up to +23 and some were very interesting ..

Here is a few examples ....


1 The little sun visor just above the rear view mirror.
2 Heated WW squirters.
3 Get out of the car with all the windows down and the sunroof open. Insert the key in the door lock and turn it to the right(lock position) and hold it. The windows all go up and then the sunroof closes. You can also roll them all down that way .
4 Little button under the left side of the steering wheel shuts of the lights in the steering wheel contols for the stereo & Cruise control.

Etc etc

No problem. I actually searched for "easter egg" first (that's the name of the thread over at the TSX board)... but nothing. And then I vaguely remembered the name of the thread, so I ran a search for "new features."

 

He's talking about his VW. You don't have a Passat, do ya?

 

Thats cuz it is in my current car .. I was just using it as an example .. sorry for the confusion.

 

sorry my bad...should have read it closely...there are a few goodies in the TL that surprise people

- if u press the unlock button on the keyfob twice and hold it down...all the windows and the sunroof open...if u put the key in the door handle and turn it to the left or right (one of those) twice and hold it down they go back up.
- theres another place to put the change holder in the side pocket door.
- the arm rest slides forward
- the visor extension is the visor itself...it comes out.
- theres a trunk lock in the glove compartment
- if u press eject twice...all of the cd's will eject
- i think if u press load twice...you can load 6 cds one after the other
- if you press the number of the cd thats playing...it will pause it for u
- you have a calendar and a calculator in ur info display (IF U HAVE NAVI)

theres a good amount of easter eggs but nothing really mind blowing....
