Does anyone elses wind deflector look like this?

Please let me know if anybodys wind deflector looks like this. The dealer says this is normal. But none of my other cars look like this.

Have you ever pushed the deflector down all the way and hear the pulsating noise it makes thats what my cars sounds like inside.

PS My headliner is falling too love the nice double stick tape .

wow. I have never looked at it from outside. That's what our deflector looks like! Kinda ugly. I will have to check if mine sags too.

Your wind deflector looks normal. However it appears your headliner has a case of the dreaded droopsies.

Question

I never pay attention to this before... after the quick shot by T610, mine looks like this. It doesn't have that saggy drop in passenger side.

My headliner is ok, for now... :o

my deflector is even on both sides too, not drooped.

and yes, it makes a wild acoustic flutter with it down, which is exactly why it has that toothed pattern to destroy the smooth air flow over the top which essentially "whistles" over the open sun roof.

Try this, with everything closed, open one of the rear windows about half way, tell me how ya like THAT fluttering noise.

Your wind deflector looks lower on the passenger side. It should be even all the way across. There are springs that push it up when the sunroof is open. See if it has free movement or if something is stuck.

Buy some epoxy and fix your headliner yourself. See this thread http://www.acura-tl.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79379

Thanks Everyone for replying. I am going to ask the dealer to take a look at it it also still makes a weird noise and is annoying me. I never relized my headliner was drooping until i took these photos.

Thanks for the epoxy link Ron A

Yes the wind defector is normal looking. No the XM Antenna is not normal looking (second Picture). I think thats were they got you. It looks more like a charging rod to a 1988 Fluxcapasitor, I could be wrong...on the year.
