i need your help guys ive been looking around and cant find anything on the 08 type s aspec front lip if it fits on a 05 base bumper?....i have my aspec front lip, i just want to switch the look around and upgrade!

 

No, not without heavy modification to the lip at least.

I have seem mods for the rear, i am looking for info on the FRONT!

I made a thread because i have searched and found nothing.

 

I remember a VERY detailed thread on this and a guy with a NightHawk Black TL did this with the FRONT kit. I believe it was a 2006 TL at that. Search using different terms and you'll find it.

 

I have found nothing!anyone?

If you noticed the headlights they are pre-07/08. So the TL in the thread is an 04-06 TL and I remember this owner said his was an '06.

Eatsleeprace, you will need to buy the 08 front bumper and all accessories in order for you to fit the 08 aspec kit.

You might just want to covert to an 07+ bumper if you're not comfortable with trimming your bumper. Or find someone who has an 07-08 and compare the angles of both before attempting the install.

 

it's an 06, 04-06 headlights, and factory bumper are on the car. Notice the smaller grille and the non-fogs on the before pictures.

That first thread posted up the owner says its an 07 base..his for sale thread on his car says 07 also but i did notice the 04-06 headlights.i did not click inside the for sale thread,were it says 06....

Its a project im looking into,hopefully ill tackle it after summer
