See the red and black wires that come out of the accord fog light connector? One is red (power) which goes to the yellow/blue of the stock fog lights and the black is ground to black.

No. Even if you go with the HID kit from HIDEXTRA. They put a chip in their ballasts that you don't need it. It is literally plug and play HID.

the thing i have an 04 TL canada model, so the fogs are DRL lights, and i want my accord fogs to turn on when i have my low beams on, so what wire can i connect my red to?
