does anyone know if there any differences between this two seats. I know, the type-s have a two color leather and the type-s logo in the headrest.

They are both leather. If the base is not two tone then that's a difference as the Type-S seats are two toned.

 

type-s has more bolstering I believe. Other than that and the two tone and logo, nothing.

 

the Type-S have more bolstering in the sides of the seat. As well the leather has a different stitiching pattern than the regular seats so if you want to reskin your base seats, new cushions will be needed to adjust to the type-s pattern

My TL-S seats are not two toned. All light tan. They do have the logo in the head rests though.

 

on the ebony interior they are two toned.
