I use Aerospace for my interior Vinyl and Zaino products for leather. My question is what do you guys use to apply these products...I have tried a couple of different things (100% cotton towels, applicator etc) and all of them leave lindt type residue on the dash and seats...

I always get bummed out with it cuz I spend an hour doing the interior and then I see a whole bunch of white stuff laying around in the cabin and seats and dash....

 

I have been using some blue microfiber towels from Lowes - three for like $4.00. 70%/30% mix. work fine. Also use them for windows....

 

Your question would be best answered in Wash and Wax that is where the detailing aficionado's hang out.

Foam/MF applicator and MF towels. There are a number of places you can pick them up from: Costco, Lowe's (mentioned above) & Wal Mart or online. Couple of my favorite places are PakShak, Exceldetail or try the sample pack from Rightlook.

 

microfibre hands down....

 

i use paper towels when cleaning my leather seats and they come out nice....

same with dashboard... works great...

ok i just went to check what kind of paper towels i use and it's the Bounty big quilts paper towels...
