And a test just for rocky.

According to press release, which features are new for 2016?

You should do well on this test as you should be smarter than a 5th grader - being in 6th grade now.

Too many things to relist. The key ones are:

Jewel Eye LED headlights and tail lights

LED response key fobs

Higher horsepower and torque yet better fuel efficiency

Thicker windows

Bigger size/higher off ground

3D grill with Batman symbol

Reinforced body ACE construction

Almost every sensor and camera known to man

Multiple safety features earning highest safety ratings

2 row heated seats, both front seats ventilated

Really? It says that in the press release?

Tell me more about the "bigger size/higher of ground" and the "reinforced body ACE construction" that are new to the 2016 models. Where does it say that in the press release?

I was wrong. You aren't smarter than a 5th grader.

Is the Batman symbol an option? I can't wait to order mine!! I hope it's under $34.50 though.

Higher ground clearance by 1.8 inches vs previous model (this thing is high off the ground!). Wider doors and gates, bigger angles.

Look under body structure, it is greatly reinforced in construction and materials. Acura uses an advanced body structure technology known as ACE to get top safety ratings.

Batman symbol comes standard on all models of the 2016 RDX. Combined with the cool headlights, it's the best looking grill in its class.

Gee, I hate to be the one to break this to you, but by "previous model" they mean the Gen 1 RDX, not the 2015 model.

I know you are still wearing your batman jammies (unless they are in the wash since you saw the Fiorina picture that Rosen39 posted) but I think that Acura wouldn't be impressed by your description.

It understands 3000 voice commands, can drive itself (Adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist), has radar and sonar for the tons of sensors, mutiple cameras and a Bruce Wayne quality ELS sound system to boot. It drives like a missile, attracts classy women like a grappling hook, and has piercing laser-like headlights and tail lights.

????????????????

According to wiki, "A grappling hook is a device with multiple hooks (known as claws or flukes), attached to a rope; it is thrown, dropped, sunk, projected, or fastened directly by hand to where at least one hook may catch and hold. Generally, grappling hooks are used to temporarily secure one end of a rope. They may also be used to dredge for submerged objects. Historically, grappling hooks were used in naval warfare to catch ship rigging so that it could be boarded".

Accordingly, the only way that an RDX attracts women is by dragging them kicking and screaming. I guess that gets rocky's youthful mentality all fired up.

Although I was somewhat amused by the OP at first it has become evident that he is either an adolescent who is getting his rocks off by posting here and trying to get a rise out of some or he is an adult with some serious issues.
Ignore him and I'm sure he'll eventually go elsewhere to find a new audience.

Why do you find it so hard to believe that a high end luxury car is attractive to women?

It has features found in cars that cost significantly more. The fully loaded RDX is around $50,000 after tax.

this is a $120,000 vehicle.

This is High End. STFU with Acura being a high end brand, because it's not

3000 voice commands!! Wow, Batman! My wife says I respond to only a few commands. It's no wonder this car is a chick magnet!! It's a good listener. And it does this listening in spite of all the wind noise coming through the a-pillars. Now that is one amazing ride!

Why does luxury have to be so friggen ugly?

For some strange reason, I think I would feel embarrassed to drive this thing around town. I would even be hard-pressed to get a Range Rover (if I could afford one or afford to repair one weekly). Top of the line luxury/performance for me would be limited to Porsche Cayenne or Macan models; non-diesel models of-course!

I might change my mind after I win the power-ball this weekend.

Range Rovers for everyone that thanks me IF I win the powerball.

Justin - the RDX has all the same features of this car. It has four wheels, a steering wheel, seats and windows that roll down - see, the RDX is unequalled luxury. The RDX seats even have the little holes just like the big-boy cars.

Instead of a range rover, could I have an RDX that doesn't have wind noise from the a-pillars?

That $120,000 vehicle is overpriced. What important features does it have that the 2016 RDX is lacking? I already see that the RDX front fascia looks wayyyy better. Also the RDX has a dual screen infotainment system. That vehicle you show has just one.

I think I speak for the most, you'd be an alright poster if you dropped the fanboy act. Just c'mon down from that high horse you're on. it would be okay if you called the RDX what it really is instead of embellishing these tall tales. and they really are simple transparent tales that we all can see through.

the RDX is a entry level "value" luxury car.
We buy these types of vehicles because we care more about reliability and the value that it brings.
NOT because it has two screens and CERTAINLY not because it attracts women.

Dude, you forgot that the "RDX front fascia looks wayyyy better." And that's not opinion, but fact.

The front of that Bentley looks like a rusty robot from a steampunk movie. It's also too square. Square designed cars are from the 1980's and before. If you buy that $120,000 car, you're paying $80,000 for the Bentley symbol. You think that's worth it?

My assessment of the 2016 RDX is mostly based on features and facts. Even when I say it looks better than other SUVs, I point to the design features.

Got Jewel Eyes diamond looking headlights like us?

Got nice defined lines like us?

Got Batman Acura symbol like us?

Got the best car designers like us?

The 2016 lineup and the 2017 NSX is the beginning of the Acura Golden Age. You heard it here first!

A friend of mine drives a Bentley. It truly is what a luxury car is all about. If you ever drive one or ride in one you will get an idea why they cost so much and why they sell every one they make.

I think it's expensive mainly because of the emblem and the fact they don't produce to many Bentley's. For $120,000 I would rather drive a 2017 Acura NSX!
