I've seen pictures of all the colors but the desert mist. So who's got em??

I don't usually like beige, but that looks like a really nice beige.....umm "desert mist". So where are the member's pix?

 

I would love to see one with A-Spec, rims, tinted windows and dropped!

I think would be a one of a kind TL.

There was a poll in this thread http://www.acura-tl.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74135 about car colors.

Currently, only 21 people, which is 2.48% of those replying, own desert mist, so it is not a very common color.

In fact, my dealer still has one on the lot with a VIN Serial No. 3500, so it has been there a long time.

 

I was surprised but when we first went in to shop, the dealer had a DM on display and it looked really sharp. It just brought back bad memories of the DM 2000 Accord EX that I had before it got sat on by a F-150.

Even though I liked the color itself, I just didn't feel it went well with the TL's aggressive lines. Just my opinion, I guess. As my college age sister-in-law said...'it's so 90's.'....I'm gettin' old.

 

That's a hot looking car! Well, I am biased because I have one with that color.

 

I'll tell you, IMO it's one of the best looking colors for this car.

 

I like to call it the "gold standard" of TL colors. But I'm not biased...

Owner of a 2003 3.2TL-P w/ Desert Mist Metallic color here...the color looks nice on the '04 TL as well...=)

 

I think the Desert Mist is the perfect color, especially with Parchment. I just wish there wasn't so much Aluminum trim. I saw a 2000 TL that had more wood interior. Wish they had more coverage of the console aluminum with wood.
