we have defrosters for windshield and back window and even the defroster...but when it's cold outside...how do you guys defrost the drivers side back and forward window and passenger side front and back window...
since I can't see out of them when pulling out of my drive way...i just open them...but when i open them..it's cold as hell outside...

When you use the front defrost settings it should divert the air through vents towards the side windows. Eventually the air will make it to the back windows. You can also try positioning your vents so that they point towards the side windows as well.
To get the maximum effect from the defroster, turn the knobs that open and close the main side air vents so that no air is coming out of those vents. This forces all the air to go out the vents referenced by clewttu.
All Hondas are designed such that air will still come out of the main side vents in defrost mode unless you close them. If you leave them open, point them at the side windows.

Also, in rainy weather, make sure to have the circulation button on outside or fresh setting and not recirculate. This make the fogging problem worse. It is the button with the white car picture with the arrow going in a circle.
