Anyone have an aftermarket dash kit for their TL? I came across this thread and thought the kit looked good

I guess it would depend on what interior color you have and which one appeals to you the most.

I've got something similar to that, but in Carbon Fiber.

I told you where to get the kit. carid.com the kit is $234. Here is one directly from their site for a 2008 TL http://www.carid.com/2008-acura-tl-w...m-2057876.html

24no7 - you should get the carbon fiber steering wheel to match.

dsmdc5 - You can also wrap your interior parts with di-noc 3m carbon fiber wrap on ebay, or just get the kit from carid that The Machine posted above.

I don't know where he got his from, but the one in the link I am giving you is going to be the basically the same exact thing.

You can also do what AcuraCake suggested and wrap all the parts yourself with 3M di-noc carbon fiber wrap, but that is a lot more tedious as you have to take all the parts off the car and then wrap them yourself.

While this is very true, a lot of people may not want to rip apart the interior or want the tedious chore of wrapping the pieces perfectly, making sure all the carbon fiber wrap is done in the same direction. Some people would rather spend the money for things to fit perfectly without the extra headache.

Boss, my kit came pre-cut and already had 2 sided tape on it. It took me one evening to install all the pieces.

I would suggest doing the Carbon Fiber in a more "natural" color. You want it to look as real as possible.

But hey, that's just one person's input....
