does anyone know how dark the rearview mirror gets, when set to AUTO, at night? wondering in terms of percentage, like tint.. if possible.

 

sorry im not exactly sure i would guess 55%? , but what i do know is from a 2000 MB E430/ML320 their mirror is much more darker/green. and ours has a slight amount of green, i think the 2003 lexus is, is very similar to the mercedes.

 

heh but ours is very strange... took at your mirrior at night with it dark at police flashing lights... they wont flash...

I don't want to have to try and outrun a cop at night, just to see the affect...

 

Hell no I got pulled over and you can see the lights flashing...but the mirror does ruduce the light considerably
