Hey Jnc regarding the idea of putting the led strip above the headlight you had said there wasn't enough room. KB1Spec has some that can be cut to size do you think it would be possible to do it with them? Dual angle eyes with a nasty eyebrow over it would just look so mean! Ill be the first if you need a tester haha.

If nothing else I will deff be signing up for the trade in program to get blacked out angle eyed headlights once I decide if i want to switch to 07-08 headlights or not.

Keep up the great work man!

That's what I had in mind, Angry angel-eyes, lol. I just hope it's not too much to have halos and strips.

honestly, angel eyes cannot look "fierce" if we keep running the same setup that everyone has...

and i am talking about how it's not a full circle at the top, leaving the disconnect at the top, not the bottom; this creates the dull/lazy eye look.

here's what im talking about; this is at most, mildly intimidating....

to get the FIERCE look, we need the disconnected part of the halo to be at the bottom of the ring, or a FULL ring...

Ooh! Ooh! I have an idea! It's one of those ideas that everyone groans when they hear it but the kid (or geek) in you thinks it's cool anyway. I'm not saying that I'm going to do this but it would be cool... I think.

Install the LED strip on the top part giving the eyebrow look and then add in the angel eye. Both LED strip on top and Angel eye would be on at the same time. Then have a second strip of LEDs at the bottom that are off by default. Install a ON - ON toggle with the top on powering the top LED strip and the angel eye (see where I'm going with this). Have the bottom ON position power the bottom LED strip. Then when you toggle the switch from UP to DOWN to UP positions it makes it look like the car is blinking it's eye!!!!

Ok, I know it's overboard but I just drank some g33k b33r so give me some latitude. I'd still like to see it done.

JNC,

I found this thread VIA google. I have been in a forever search for someone to do my headlights in a cleared gloss black! I have a 03 350z and will be willing to let my car have some down time if you could do something cool with mine. I can't pm you so I am hitting you up on here.

Email = Ardency@live.com

Please let me know, I admire your work!

The day headlights start paying my mortgage payment I'll quit my day job j/k.

Work on the rest of the list will start today. I have had many people ask me to put them on the list, to all of them if they can kindly copy the following list and add their name to it It would be easy for me to track things.

Yungwallstreet08-- Color matched AM, CF
Mysteriousbwoy-- Color matched AM V2
meranus23-- Blacked out + LED

Now this is a bit much for me Buda. But, Have anyone out there seen an led strip that has all the leads brought out to the end of the strip? So you can power the LEDs one at a time? If you do PM me!!
I think I know the right chip to make the strip light up one led at a time from start to end. You now wire to the blinker + so when it is on (hot) the led strip will light up and indicate the turn. Like the old ford Thunder-bird, etc. It not a new idea. But with the strip being on as a running light (dimmer that the blinker) then having a sequential (brighter) blink from start to end of the strip. It would look more like a wave. I think this would look very Acura, well maybe look Acuazine!!

So PM me if you find such an led strip. Remember all leads must be wired out the end of the strip. Not just two wires like the one used here. OK. What do you think?

Thanks
