I have had a creaky rattley noise that I thought was coming from the passenger window/door. I lubed all the seals with just minimal improvement. I pressed on the sunroof and could hear the noise. Lo and behold after lubing the sunroof rubber seal the noise completely disappeared. I used a lubricant left over from my previous BMW called Gummi-Pfledge [ not sure about the spelling ].
