Crankshaft position sensor

So now I've had my crankshaft position sensor replaced. When I start it, it starts with probably double the amount of time it would normally take to start. Runs completely amazing and perfect until you bring the rpms to probably 2800-3000. Its acts as a rev limiter in that area of rpm. I was told it either needs an acura scan tool to relearn the crankshaft instructions, or a manual relearning. The only code it throws is a po335. Does anyone know anything about this?

Just curious, what did you end up doing to replace the mangled crank sensor sub-harness dilemma you outlined in the thread below?
