coolant drips?

’07 TL-S with 2,300 miles. I noticed some spots of coolant (about 15 nickel size drips) on my garage floor and some underbody parts with coolant on them. Cause for concern or “normal”, I know most reservoirs have a blow off tube but not sure how this car is or why it would need relief with 30°-50°F temps.

It's a cause for concern-- check the coolant level with the engine cold by opening up the radiator cap (in addition to checking the overflow reservoir) to make sure you have coolant in the radiator. It sounds like you have a leak to me. You shouldn't be getting any overflow on the undercarriage, unless the coolant reservoir is really overfilled.

Unless your reservoir is plum full it's probably not coming from there. I would be heading straight to the dealership for them to investigate. Could be a bad water-pump, head gasket or as minor as a bad hose clamp. Stuff happens with mechanical/mass produced items
Hate to see you get stranded due to overheating etc..

I agree - not normal. Get it checked.

power steering fluid. parts are on order and they'll install them next week sometime. told me it was ok to drive but avoiding driving it would be ideal.

Well if you were told it would be ideal to not drive the car, then they should provide you a free loaner. You should be tooling around in their iron and not yours. What if the power steering failed and well caused a mishap. Sure the chances are extremely rare, but ask for a loaner since you are concerned about the reliability of the car until it is repaired.
