Everyone probably knows already, but I found another cool feature on my TL-S yesterday.

My wife was in the store shopping and I was sitting in the car for like 1/2 hour. I got bored and started playing with the set-up screen. I found the menu to change the colors on the screen!!!!

I switched the background color from blue to red, which I think goes better with the red lighting on the TL-S.

Can't believe I've had the car 6 months and I just figured this out. I guess I should read the owners manual more

Just thought I would share...

 

LOL, That was one of the things I stumbled across the first day I had the car...and I love the red too. Yeah there are a lot of little nice things that make the car more personal to your taste, and it's why the TL is such a fantastic package.

 

it's not only on the TL-S. it's been a "feature" since the 2004 TL.

 

The dealer showed me that feature before I drove off the lot. They said it was mandatory for them to show us most of the features before we left. It had something to do with the call you get from acura asking how your purchase experience was.

 

Funny my salesperson didn't do that, just toss me the whole owner's mannual package & say read them in your spare time ... oh ... he was busy detailing my car for delivery ... LOL
