mrtech,
What are SilverStar driving lights?
I saw that add last year and remember wishing that they sold that model here. I've always liked station wagons. How about a TL wagon? Any Photoshop jockeys out there want to give it a shot?

Youngmic - Sylvania has a line of headlamp bulb replacements. Their top of the line is called SilverStar. It is street legal. I find it brighter and whiter than regular halogens. It even looks better than those 80 watt blue bulbs I tried on my Honda. Those over powered bulbs only last a year since they run so hot. I found the Sylvania SilverStar brighter than the 80 watt bulbs I use to have in my Accord.
You can buy them at Autozone, Kragen, etc. I have seen them @ Walmart too.
BTW. The Acura driving lamps are 9006. Same as the low beems on the Accord. Cost is $19 each.
There are other post here where they replace the driving lamps with yellow bulbs for the fog light effect.

Yes - just the bulbs. It is a bit of a pain to replace the driver side bulb since you have to remove the cold intake tube. Plus, you have to kinda feel your way since there is no clear view of the rear of the headlamp unit.

Its an old british commercial, excellent by the way, its made the rounds on the internet for over a year. BTW I would not replace the fogs with silver stars, they dont have the same dispersion pattern thus causing very bad oncomming glare.
