Confusion and I love it !!
I recently made the bold decision to remove the "Acura" and the "TL" logo from the rear of my TL. I personally like the clean look of it, so I did it.
Anyways, I have caught so many people in other cars flat out staring and slowing down to figure out what kind of car I have. It's Great!! Only people who know something about cars know what the Acura symbol looks like. And that's all they have to figure out what it is.
It kind of looks like like a TSX..but...no, it has diffreent taillights, but it's not..a BMW...could it be ...
Hahaha!!! I'll post some pics as soon as my buddy let's me borrow his digital camera

Actually- they are slowing down and staring because your car is so beatiful!
I also de-badged my TL simply because it LOOKS BETTER!
I used fishing line, but dental floss works too. When it is warm out, you slip the line behind the plastic, and "saw" through the mounting foam adhesive. Then, you rub off the little that is left.
Sure, they can be re-applied, but no one has ever asked about this in the last 5 cars.
Here's my beauty, de-badged, tinted and Zaino'd. Looks FAB-ulous!

Thanks for all the compliments. The TL is SOOO awsome I can't stay away from it! I am so torn between looking at this beautiful vehicle from the outside, and driving it and listening to the GREAT sound on the inside! My work is suffering.
1. Jinen - Zaino is a fantastic polymer polish developed for show cars, and can be bought by mere mortals at www.zainostore.com. It outperforms ANY wax hands down.
2. drising - The window tint is Johnson Films 55% (A medium tint). I have used this for at least 4 cars and think it is the best compromise between visibility and privacy/heat protection. Lifetime Warranty at ANY Johnson dealer!
3. stollerydd - You are obviously a man of great taste!
