Company who can mill, cut, & program 04-06 / 07-08 key
I searched the forums and emailed flbusa with no answer....
I need to mail someone my 2 keys (my switchblade unmilled), to get milled, cut and programmed?
If anyone can list there phone number and price that would be great and I will get shipped out UPS ASAP!
I seen a lot posts but it's 2 hard to figure out WHO can mill and who can't, and who can only cut?
The closer to Georgia the better, but that doesn't really matter.
Thanks in Advance

I've researched a lot about this.
Reading through threads in this forum and others. Quite frankly, I don't think it's feasible that you'll find any locksmith or dealer that will actually mill the key for you and know what they're doing.
Either you didn't use the search function, or you're like me, and trying to save on the difference from buying a pre-milled FLBUSA style key.
From what I've seen, most people just give up on the hassle and buy one from FLBUSA.
Programming the immobilizer chip is done at dealers, remote programming can be done by yourself, and cutting can be done at a locksmith.
Or you can ask your dealer to do ALL of these things. Luckily for me, I live near Weir Canyon / Tustin Acura so those guys will know what they are doing, and from what I've seen it'll cost me around $45. Some other dealers will charge you around $100 - $130 to do it.
You can buy the pre milled keys at www.flbusa.com. They cost something like $115.00 shipped.
So to answer your question in a nutshell, don't bother trying to find someplace that will mill your key, because it's not going to happen probably. If you want the switchblade style key, easiest bet is to buy it pre-milled from FLB, then go to a dealer / locksmith to get that one cut.

this is one job I say let the dealer handle for you- then its done right the first time and dont damage your purchase
Sometimes those great deals require extra work in the end!

People, put in a little work. Pete (FLBUSA.COM) started on this site and is a standup guy. He put together a great site that answers most of your questions that I see here.
I think this is still a sideline business for him and he has other things to do and family. He has sold 100's or thousands of these keys over the past few years. My point is I doubt that you will get screwed by him. OTOH, he is not going to be rushed or spend a lot of time answering questions that he responded to in his posted FAQ's.
He will mill keys but it will cost you. The keys he provides are Acura blanks and they work for the cars he has listed. I would guess that he supplied over 90% of us on this site that have cars that didn't come with swithblade keys. We waited impatiently while he constructed his machine and experimented. He then managed the first huge surge of orders on a first come, first served basis. The only compliants I recall were that early on a few keys were too thick and nobody wanted to wait. He sent replacement keys and refined his technique. Still, nobody wants to wait.
Sorry for the long post but we had a thread for the first six months-year about these keys. The same questions have returned. I again suggest that if you want one, order and pay for it. He will get it to you somewhere around the stated time. It's a one person operation. I have no relationship with Pete other than being a satisfied customer from way across the country.

I just spoke with Peter (FLBUSA) on the phone 5:30pm. He has made it aware to me that he's out of keys at the moment! Everyone who has ordered one.....it may take awhile for him to get the key(s) to you. He's waiting on his dealer to provide him with more. He also stated he will be emailing everyone in regards to this, for your opportunity to recieve a refund or the opportunity to hang in there and wait for him to recieve his next batch of keys.
Just thought I'd pass that along!
