Clock- adjust or ignore?

So the clock didn't automatically switch last night (I think this only happens on navi models?) for DST. What will you do- ignore the clock for 3 weeks and wait for it to change or set it ahead manually then switch it back?

It doesn't switch on Navi, and I am definitely going to ignore it as I would have to go and switch it back in 2 or 3 weeks. I'm never on time anywhere anyway! LOL! (seriously)

None of the above. Manually adjust it and switch the automatic DST feature off. Leave it off until a patch is available to get it working again. (By which time the @#$% congress will probably change days again.)

Yeah I had to switch it, cant drive around for 3 weeks with the clocks wrong.
I thought the clocks on the navi models were controlled by satelite... I was really surprised when I drove it today and saw the wrong time.

Tell me about it! I was sitting on the bed last night changing all my quartz watches over to the new time. Ever try to do that with about seven watches and you want them to be right to the second?

I hear ya brother. Something inside tells me it's wrong for my watches to not be right on the second. My wife gets pissed 'cause I do it to her watch and cell phone too. Maybe the Mods will create a TL OCD thread just for us crazy people

Locate the "Setup/Info" button under the navi screen.
Push the button up to select "Setup".
You will see a row of buttons with numbers at the top of the screen "1-2-3-4".
Push "4".
You will see a button that says "Automatically Adjust for DST".
Push it to DISABLE the auto-adjust.
You will also see hour-adjust and minute-adjust buttons at the bottom.
Push "+" to add another hour.
Push "Return".

All done.

Did I screw something up? I went into the setup / diag screen and adjusted the time there. In addition to the displayed time it had the GPS time as well in what I think is GMT. Have I just accomplished the same thing in a different manner or should I set it back and adjust the time via the directions above.

i don't think you screwed anything up. the setup gives you the option of choosing which time zone you're in.
