Chrome Exhaust Outlets?

Has anyone chromed thier exhaust outlets yet? It seems to me that the chrome outlets would look great on darker clored cars as they would contrast the dark color with the bright outlets. The current smoke colored ones are great AND different, so Im not complaining just curious as to what change they would make. With all the wheel shops around town, Im sure it would not be hard to find someone willing to dip them for you.

Any thoughts?

probably wouldn't go, reason being everything else is satin finished, putting anything chrome would make it look out of place

There will be no chrome on my TL. The car is too sophisticated and modern for chrome. All the chrome does is make it look not-so-modern any more.

I used to think like that, but some of the photos on this forum make me believe otherwise. Like the one guy with the NBP and 19" chrome Ronjon rims. Looks incredible, IMO. It adds a lot to the car.

Black paint w/ chrome wheels
White paint w/ chrome wheels
Silver paint w/ silver wheels
Colored Paint w/ either silver or chrome wheels
