Car sealants

I am thinking about applying it to my car vice paying the dealer $300 to do it. Has anyone done this before? If so, how difficult was it? I am tired of paying people to do things that I know I can do.

IMO dealer installed sealants, especially "teflon sealants", are a gimmick. For the most protection, I would recommend Zaino. There are a number of threads on the Zaino process. If you are more concerned about appearance than protection, you might want to look at other alternatives or at least apply a coat of carnauba on top of the Zaino.

I order Meguiars #21Synthetic Sealant and I want to know the public opinion on it. Just like everyone else I want to maximize the looks of my car without killing myself doing it thus freeing some of my time to do things like driving the car.
