car covers?
I have a California car cover for my 02 black TL. I cover the car immediately after washing it and don't plan to drive the car for a few days. The paint is in nearly mint condition. The cover is starting to tear in a few spots, but you might expect that after 7 years. Keep in mind that you should NEVER cover a dirty car and wash your cover in a mild detergent (Tide, no bleach) every couple of months.

i was planning on leaving my car covered for a few months, just over the winter, its going to be outdoors since my garage isnt accessible. would there be any problems? and of course i would clean and wax it before i put the cover on
That part is kind of a oximoron. LOL! If you want quality you're gonna have to pay for it. The money seems like a lot now but when the cover does the job it's supposed to do and last for a longgggg time you'll be glad you made the investment. I like the Honda/Acura covers because the material that is used, it deflects the water rather than absorbing it, fits perfect and of course comes with the holes that you could use to tie a cable through so it wont blow off or get stolen.
