A/C Issue

Hi all,

I recently purchased a TL with 47k on the odometer and its A/C was working perfectly for the few weeks I drove it. I've since had it sitting in my garage for the last few months, but I do start the car every other day, on average for 10-15 mins (till its warmed up).

I noticed when I turned the A/C on (temperature at it lowest setting / fan speed at its highest setting) today, its not blowing ice cold air like it did when I first got it. I even left the A/C on w/ the car running for 20 minutes and the air was still nowhere near the coolness it should be.

I can't seem to understand why this might be happening because the car hasn't been driven at all in over 2 months. Is this due to the car sitting w/o being driven? Would the issue sort itself out if I were to drive the car regularly? Any help and input would be appreciated, thank you.

Did you check to see if the AC compressor is kicking in?

Probably leaks somewhere and was recharged right before the sale. Would need A/C equipment to be sure, or at least look around compressor, condenser, hoses with a flashlight looking for oily spots.
