Buying a Type S with 218k miles???

Hey all, I found a TL Type-S with 218K miles for 4.5k. Has had regular maintenance, timing belt, and alternator replaced. Car is in mint condition on the outside with a few interior blemishes. Is it worth it to buy? What things should I look for? How good/long do the 3rd gen TL’s last?

Thanks in advance.

When was the timing belt replaced? Because if it was only replaced at the recommended 105k, it's due to be replaced again.

get it checked for compression etc.
my 2004 TL with 6sp, 215 k miles has has alternator, starter and rack replaced. Had all maintenance done on time like belts etc. Runs well and doesn't burn oil. Had some oil leaks fixed also. Had the stereo amp rebuilt. Hfl is disconnected and nav is a little wonky. Am keeping it... Fun to drive and reliable. I would stay away from auto trans but many people had good luck with auto trans. If car checks out, you would have a sweet ride for reasonable cost.
