I have to replace my front bumper cover, has anyone bought bumper cover off Ebay and had it painted and installed? I want to make sure it is a OEM and not a cheap imatation.

Never did buy one but the 3rd Gen TL is so new, I have serious doubts that it would be a cheap imitation.

On the other hand, have you check with your local dealer or even the sponsors of these forums for a price on a new one?

It might not be worth the risk of getting it on Ebay

Bumper cover is actually not that expensive. I think the rear ran $250 or so. How much cheaper can it be off Ebay, figuring in shipping and all? It will cost more to have it painted than the cover itself cost. Not worth the trouble to go through Ebay, in my opinion.
