Is there anyway to find out if the dealer is lying about the build date? I was supposed to get my TL April 16 than April 23 and now I get a build date of May 2-6.

I knew every date adn all upfront
they were a few days off as I got my car slightyl early

I don't understand why they do this. Why lead you on. you committed, you signed, you gave dp - what gives - just tell us when it will be in. My same experience with my '02 Acura..then oneday it arrived and they were like expecting me to be all happy. I wanted to drive it through the showroom window. Be patient - even tho it totally sucks...it will be very worth it

 

I have seen three different threads you posted. You're really desperate to know what's going on. How's about calling your dealer everyday from now on? As the build-date is just a week away, they should absolutely get ideas/answers now.

 

Yea, I did post a lot of threads. I'm just really mad that the dealer can't just give me a straight answer. They couldn't even provide the build date at first. A few members put their deposits for the same combo I did and around the same time I did and got a build date of March 31. So I was expecting the same also, since the first delivery date they gave me was April 15. I know the 6speed/navi are rare but at least keep the customers up to date.
I know when you order a Mini they keep you up to date. They mail things in the mail to keep you busy while your Mini arrives. Why can't Acura do that?

I hope this build date they finally gave me is real.
