Where's that retch smiley when i need it?....this is not a F-150, it is a passenger car. What is next - parking springs? An awning over the front window? Sorry, but bugs are part of life - ever seen those pics from the racing cameras or Michael Schumacher's faceplate after a race? Bug City. Consider it a badge of honor.

Get some Stoner's Invisble Glass and a roll of Bounty - keep a small bottle and a few sheets in the trunk. And add some P21S washer concentrate to the washer bottle - it is great stuff.

RoadRage is right. You don't need anything the affects the aesthetics and aerodynamics of your vehicle. You will end up looking a piece of smoked plastic that will collect bugs and block your view of the road slightly. I am sure that wind noise will increase as well. Just wax your hood with a high quality wax like Meguire's NXT and the bugs come right off with a little water.

Word! (BTW: Meguiar's. Sorry - it is the Editor in me. ). Meguiar's is the most mis-spelled word in auto forums, IMO. Next is breaks for brakes. I have a file of hilarious ones I should post sometime. But spelling does not count here - it is the 'Net.

Thanks Road Rage! I made sure I added the space in the middle of your name. Keep up the good work here on the forum. I always make it a point to read your essays.
