Body Protection

Is there any way to protect the area right under the doors? I keep scuffing it up with my shoes when I get out. Big white marks from my sneakers.

you can use the same film used for the invis bra. i have my front, half hood, mirrors, and on the trunk ledge to avoid scatchs from luggage. I used the 3m brand. Go to 3m site under auto film protection. I have red 05 tl and you can not see the differents.

Check with your local installer. He may have bulk material and could possibly cut it for you. Or you can PM Rockblocker and ask him. I believe he may be of assistance concerning your problem. The install shouldn't be that difficult for that area as it's pretty much flat and if you have the right tools.

No problem, I am not a vendor, but if he needs a piece, I can probably find him one somewhere around.

Probably just a small piece to cover the area right under the drivers door. Not really worried about the passenger area.

Extra protection

I also took a couple of pieces of extra 3M material left over from my clear bra and put them on the rocker panels where your foot comes over the sill. I have about an 8" piece on both sides. I put it on myself. It wraps around under the rocker panel and goes up to the aluminum sill.

And... I also had the installer put a piece on the ledge in front of the trunk to keep it from getting scuffed.

My headlights are done with 20 mil material which is thicker. I took a small piece of that and put it on the aluminum trim on the center console, driver's side, that has a vulnerability to getting dented with the seat belt buckle. It has kept it pristine and looks like it belongs there. One or two have commented on how thorough those Acura engineers are to put that there.

Since we aer a vendor here thought we might be able to help out.

We get lots of people who want to protect the same area you are referring too.

Easiest way is to use our bulk material and make some pieces. Real cheap too.

Bulk material

If we can help with anything else let us know
