at this time, we have two choices:
Ron Jon Aero Kit www.ronjonsportdesign.com 0r
A-spec Body Kit (Dealer Accesory)
The ron jon is unique and not that many people have them. It uses factry mounting loacations and is perfectly fitted to the TL.
The A-SPEC kit is just a add-on which gives you a front and rear lip addon, and new side skirts while the ron jon give everything new.

The Aspec is cheaper, simple & elegant. Few TL's on the road have it

The ronjon is a lil' over $2000. Aggressive-looking & a thing of beauty. VERY RARE to see a TL on the road with it.

There's the A-Spec Lip Kit, Ron Jon Body Kit, Versus Body kit, and theres 2 other kinds of seen on the internet. Look into it and in the end it all really depends on your preference and budget!

If you dont mind, im going to ask something in this thread since its the same topic. And because no one ever responds when I ask something in my own thread =/.

Ok for the A-spec lip: is the stock bumper two pieces, and the lip would replace the lower part? Or does the lip just add onto everything that is already there?

I ask this because it looks like it could / should be two seperate pieces, I bought my 04 used and i know there was bumper damage so not sure if my bumper is the original one.

The Aspec lip kit is actually just a add on to the stock bumpers (front and rear). The sideskirts are however seperate.

I have a RonJon kit and honestly if I had to do it all over again I'm not sure I would do it again. I've spent $3400 to have the kit prepped, painted and installed. My first bodyshop refused to do the job after they got the kit, (Said it would be too much work and not meet up to my standards?)second shop had my car for 4 weeks before putting all my original factory parts back on because their bodyshop still hadn't gotten the work done and I needed my car back. Finally after almost 7 weeks I get the kit put on and the paint was not matched up (Just sprayed with OEM paint) which I could have just saved about $1,000 and ordered it that way from RON. I am going to make them repaint the kit or no $$. Also keep in mind. The RJ kit is aftermarket and just does not meet the same standards as an OEM ACURA part. From a distance you'll never notice certain things but up close you can see alot of gaps and areas where the kit does not line up as nicely as the factory pieces. Over all I love the look of the RJ kit which is why I bought it and It really does look nice but if you are on a tight budget or don't have a very good reputable bodyshop that you have dealt with already or you know has a great reputation be prepared to go through alot of hassles. Good luck
