black or Silver ???
It depends on what is more important to you. I have a NBP TL and I think black is the best color hands down, but I have to wash my car at least once a week and I dust and polish fingerprints off about every other day. That routine kind of gets old after a while. If you got a silver car I doubt that you would have to put that much time and effort into the exterior to keep it looking good. Obviously in the end though, it's up to you. Personnally, I think every color that the TL comes in looks pretty sharp.

It depends on what's important. I always had black cars in the past, my favorite color, but I got a silver this time. I just thought that the front grill stands out bit too much with black. One thing I like about silver is that it hides dirts very well. If you can't decide, how about anthracite? The more I see it, the more I like that color...
Thanks guys for the feedback !!!
I'm still not sure what to get: Silver or Black
How about small scratchs: do they appear more on silver or on black ??
Silver with very dark tinted glass is AWESOME... however it's also quite nice with black also !!!
AAAAH what to do ....
still another couple of hours before the purchase will take place ...

i bought silver, but my previous car was black. they both look good in this car, black may even look a little better.
black is very hard to keep clean, but looks the best when it is freshly cleaned. scratches on the paint show up a little more. however, chips on the bumper show up less than on silver.
silver always looks clean (unless very dirty), but i've noticed that dings from parallel parking are more noticable.
if there is one you really like over the other, just get it.
if you have someone wash your car 1x per week and if you live in a city where it's hard to park sometimes, get black.

I have a satin silver TL on order. IMHO, black looks better...when clean. There is just no denying it. However, Black is high maintenance and shows every little chip and scratch. My last car (2000 Integra Type R) was black. The only other color choice that year was yellow and there was no way I was buying a yellow car. It was the biggest pain to keep clean. It looked incredible when it was clean. Then, I moved to a really dusty environment so keep it clean after the move was next to impossible. Also, driving on the interstate is like driving in a sand blaster. A clear bra is a must out here. I didn't put one on the R (I didn't need it when I lived on the East Coast), and needless to say when I sold it the front was in pretty rough shape. It didn't hurt the resale, but still annoyed me.
I personally doubt I will own a black car again; simply too much maintenance. Every little scratch or chip prominently shows itself as well. I don't want to spend every weekend washing, waxing, and polishing a car. I rather take my motorcycle out for a ride in the canyons or chill around town in the TL.

Nighthawk Black Pearl is more than a color. It's an altered state of consciousness one stop past Nirvana. But, it's not for the meek. It is bold. It is daring. It is truth.
Once you see it's reality in person, it will hypnotize you and raise your existential being to another level. Once you experience black, you'll never go back.
Get low in front of the black TL and look in its face. It's like coming face-to-face with a King Cobra, sliding through the grass. It is at once exhilarating and frightening. Feel your blood cursing through your veins as you realize that it is YOUR Cobra; your essence; your eternal flame.
It speaks to your soul. Listen.
