Angry Back up sensors

2004 TL dealer installed back up sensors, when car delivered, have now stopped working.

Looking for help in where to start diagnosing?
Do they have a separate fuse?

Unfortunately I did not realize they were not working until I scrapped passenger rear tire sheet metal on a concrete pillar when backing into a parking spot.

Should just bring it back to the dealer IMO.

At no cost? The car is 8 years old, I think it may be out of warranty. I agree that you should take it to the dealer but I'm pretty sure they will charge you.
