back hurts

I have been driving tl almost 2 weeks. the car is perfect but my back started giving me painful feelings.

Most likely it's the seat that's causing it.

I'm about 184 cm high and i cant find a comfortable position on this 8-way-power adjustable seat....

Any ideas or recommandations?

Thanks

put the back of the bottom down all the way. But the front of the bottom up all the way, adjust back so your entire back touches the seatback. then add lumbar as necessary.

Take everything, like your wallet and cell phone, out of your back packets while driving if you normally keep anything in those pockets.

Several other members developed back pain that was resolved by moving the wallets from their back pockets. Put the wallet, cell, etc. in the console, the drink holders, or in a front pants pocket.

G/L, and welcome to AZ!

Im from LA and ALOT of drivers here like to drive sittin real low with the seat all the way back. If this is how your sittin then move your seat up to a upright position. I used to have back pain too untill I adjusted my seat upright. Good luck

i have noticed a bunch of times when by back has started hurting, it was due to the lumbar support either being to far up or too far down.

I have tried every driving position known to man .. and I still can't get it right.

If I'm driving for more than 1 hour .. my back starts killing me.

The only time I have backaches is when I am on a 12-14 hour drive, but even then when I stop to fill up on gas, it goes away. your just need to align the back and bottom supports like listed above. (and I am only 4 cm shorter than you too, height isnt playing a roll in it...).

I can seat all day in my car. I'm 6'3" and have no problem with the seats. You just might need to find the right position for yourself.

Try doing some yoga positions like here:

I used to have back pain all the time then I started doing these and I don't have any anymore.

Yea im 6'2'' and have never had a problem with back pain. But I do have to say, our seats are no where near as comfortable as the seats in my 02 TL-S were.

you back is hurting since you are hunching over in the back of your seat, lay your back FLAT against the back of the seat and move it forward until you are comfortable holding the steering-wheel

What type of underwear are you wearing?
Boxers tend to bunch up or you may need to adjust your thong!
