Is there a way that you can disable the moon roof from opening when you do the automatic roll down of windows with the "unlock" button on the car remote? If so please provide a DIY tutorial on how to do it. Thanks guys.

I know if you leave your moon roof tilted up. Exit the car, then do the auto roll down with the keyfob, the moon roof shouldn't open. It stays in the tilt position. But I have yet to hear anything about it in the closed position. the moon roof starts to open after 3 seconds of holding the button, perhaps hold the unlock button for 2 seconds at a time, and your sunroof will remain closed?

 

Now, I could go and RTFM or someone could jus tell me ...you can roll your windows down with the keyfob?

I do remember this now being taught to me when I first bought the car, and was all pumped about it lol ...then i just stopped doing it b/c I put aftermarket alarm in.

I'll have to get the Directed add on that allows same function, but also closes windows when you press on lock.

 

For those without an alarm, there is the KP Technologies Window Roll Up mod. It rolls the windows UP when you lock the car with the key fob---same as turning the key and holding it in the door lock.
