Auto Power Windows

Is there a way these have to be prorammed or turned on? I had my car serviced today, they did some work on the driver side window and now the auto up/down feature doesnt work. On my A4 there was something you had to do (cant remember now) to enable this function, is this the same for the TL? I don't want to have to go back to the dealer for something I can do in my garage.

TIA,
Rick

but there was a re-program for the 03's. Something like hold it in up, then hold it down, then click once up and once down. There was a re-calibrate system for it, dunno if the 03 forum might have a link.

Good news, they work now! Weird, the only difference is that I used my Driver 1 key instead of the valet key the dealer used

Hmm...is this a feature? Anyone else want to try using the valet key and see if the auto-up/down works?

Post Auto power windows re-set procedure

If the battery is disconnected the AUTO Power Window feature may become disabled. The re-set procedure is explained on page 99 of the owner's manual.
