Aspec Kit

So I just recently bought a 06 TL. I had a bad experience and Dealer did a lot of crap for me and they offered me the Aspec Kit for $826 should I do it or wait for a better deal?

There's a A-Spec group buy for $760 shipped. $826 installed isn't a bad deal IMO.

If that's the installed price I'd go for it, otherwise I'd buy from AckTL

Not a bad price.

I'd buy it cheaper from vendor on here, and install it myself.

It's actually fun to install.

and if they say that's the uninstalled price, tell them that you'll pay for 25% of the installation cost if you buy decide to get it put on in the future. The dealer takes the gamble not knowing if you will put it on in the future and sadly they will loose!

The only reasons I suggest going with the dealer install for $66, is because they will have more experience installing and you have recourse if it isn't done to your liking.

If you weigh in the opportunity cost as well, I'd pay the $66 anyway.

Like others said, if the price includes installation then do it, if not get it from vendor here and do the install yourself following the DIYs here, GL.

I wonder how i can get my dealer to give me this deal. I'm still without my car for a month now. Been bouncing calls with Acura Corporate and the Acura Stealership with the same result. They are working on my engine at 50K miles! From the camshaft, pistons, TB to the head! Sounds like a new engine to me. Anyways OP thats a good deal $826 installed!

The best part about getting it installed from the dealer is that when the double stick tape wears down and those little gaps begin to form you can make them fix it under warranty!

I attempted to get them to fix it, but since I installed it myself they wanted to charge me....darn!
