I don't want to publicly badmouth anyone on here. PM me and I can give you details and screen shots. I don't want to upset any fanboys.
Truth be told, even the most successful businesses have bad days, which I'll be the first to admit could have been my scenario, but when you need to send an inquiry to an Admin - that's not a good sign.
Lmk dude. For my two cents, had I have to do it again, I would pay the extra to get from somewhere else.

For FYI, we try to keep our site up to date with the colors which we can get. If you surf Heeltoeauto.com for lips and you don't see your color, we can't get it because it is discontinued. If you need us to triple check, you can always call. 949-295-1668.
We get all our lips direct from Acura and ship straight to you.
