Awesome find !
I remember buying my OEMs for $55 (which is CHEAP as hell), but damn only $40 now?! =P
OP take some pics of your kit for some proof heheh (not doubting though).
You know where to find my DIY thread...
I feel like buying a few kits to do installs around my area =P

The best tip I can give you is take your precious time.
You want to install them so they are pointing forward as much as possible opposed to pointing out sideways.
As for wiring them, you'll probably want to wire them to your low beam fuse or ignition wire, wiper motor wire, etc.
You definitely don't want to wire them to your parking lights because blinking HIDs when you lock/unlock your car = not good.
If you need help while doing the install, just shoot me a PM and I'll get back to you asap.

as far as the lights them self, Are they already HID's? or are people just installing them in the fogs before putting them on the car
The fogs come with halogen bulbs.
If you want HIDs, you'll just have to take out the halogen bulbs and wire in the HIDs and such while you're wiring the fog harness.
So first step: remove bumper
second: fit in the fog assemblies into bumper
third: wire fog harnesses into car
fourth: add HIDs!
fifth: place bumper back on

I dont see why you would have to remove the a spec kit? the fog lights are installed on the grille which is above the lip lol

ez, if they legit not suer if they will be around.. heck.. even if they aint the price is still worth it since the plastic/depo stuff is the same price... question is.. are you a gambling person? well are ya?
Ahh...I've wanted to do this really bad but I don't have the time or knowledge to do this DIY mod. Anyone located in Oklahoma or know any members here that could help???
I think the seller only sells to US.
Maybe contact them to see if they would ship up to Canada.
If not, do you have any friends who live down there?
Have you checked out my DIY?
It basically guides you through every step and cut and splice.

ALSO: most of the wire connectors in the kit have a cream colored gunk in them. Is if suppose to stay in there or is something wrong?

You might have to cut them to fit with the fogs.
The connectors have that "gunk" in them.
It helps insulate the connection I heard, so I left most of it in there.
