So I called Rallye Acura in Roslyn, NY and I asked them if they program 2007 keys for a 2005 TL and the guy in charge of service said "From what I know that's not possible." So i responded, saying that a ton of people have done it and were quoted at $30-$50 for the programming. Again, he said that he doesn't think it's possible.

Does this guy have no clue what he's talking about?
I'm from queens, NY, anyone get their 2007 switchblade programmed anywhere near me?

Probably should say that the 07 key is milled like the 04-06, if it is not milled then they cant do it. Good luck

Not sure how far Curry acura in scardale ny is from you but someone got their key cut there and i'm going there to get mine cut next week

let me know if you find a place. I bought my car from Rallye and was thinking about going back for the key. not anymore though.

if i find one, i'll let you know. i'm in Queens too.

Rallye will not install anything that they don't sell. They are clueless when it comes to mods. The service advisor told me staight up that if it didn't come across this counter they don't touch it. And I was asking for them to install the a-spec suspension. Try valley stream acura.

Curry is only about 30 miles from Rallye, less than a 45 min drive in normal traffic.

I just got my key cut on Friday from Acura of Scarsdale and everything went fine. Even though it only took all but 10 minutes to actually program the key they had me waiting for an hour. I spent most of my time checking out cars on the showroom floor and outside on the lot. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend them. It cost me $50 to cut and program(cut was actually free). I've been their twice now, once for a blown sub which they replaced with no problem and now to get the key programmed. I give Acura of Scarsdale

SOOOOO TRUE..explain to them what you have done to the key..i had the same problem and some of them dont realize what you're trying to do. Goodluck!
