Been wanting to make some since Feb... got an extra headlight in March, need one more [passenger side]. Got the look and everything... might change it around if some a-ziners want. I can post a teaser if you want... done the ghetto way [to see how it'd possibly look].

I know this isn't a TL but I made these myself for the Passat I had prior to the TL.
Made out of 1/16" thick sign plastic. I made a pattern using brown wrapping paper to get the contour and shape I wanted then transfered it to the plastic. The TL is easier than the Passat as the Passat had more compound curves to deal with on the headlight.
Cut it in the band saw using a fine blade then sanded the edges smooth and sprayed it.
Attached it with 3M double sided automotive tape.
