well i have a leased 05 TL and have been considering putting tv's in my headrests.. the car goes back in 1 year from now and i would have to replace the headrests with new ones.. does anyone know how much they are and where i could purchase them? thanks for any input

called acura and they quoted me a arm and a leg. went on ebay and got a set for $100 shipped. .

 

If you do a google search on 'acura parts', there are several online sites that deal in OEM replacement parts.
The one place I looked was actually a dealer and they list the cost as $182.02 plus shipping (each).

They are not always on ebay. I was thinking about doing the same thing, but then I said I really don't care about my passengers that much. I watched a set of ebony go on ebay 5 months ago for $75 shipped. Good luck and keep on eye out. You might want to post an add in the black market wanting them and bump it every few days hoping someone will be getting rid of some.

 

I would think it would be hardly worth it especially if the car is going back in a year...

 

My suggestion - buy a couple of portable DVD players.

 

Make sure you post pics once you do it and give all the details on it please! Like the size of the monitor, price, picture quality, etc. :-)
