Any Comments on lack of exterior chrome pieces?

i think the car is perfect the way it is but I always wondered how chrome door handles, window trim etc. would look on the car. I noticed the TSX has these features and the new RL is full of exterior chrome. g35, maxima also. Chrome rims do look sick on TL's, but they would look better with chrome accents. what do yous think?

Not a fan of chrome, except for the exhaust tips.

Lightbulb I'm going there....

I am fairly certain, using a pocket comb to measure, that the chrome parts on the TSX grille will fit the TL.

I think it would look better than the aluminum we have and that is so hard to keep clean and looking good.

Others will no doubt disagree re: chrome vs. aluminum.

Has anyone tried this swap?

I would like to swap out the front grill - the dull gray/aluminum is a pain to keep looking good. My '02 TL the chrome grill piece still looks like new.

Chrome or Aluminum door handles would be a nice touch.

The lack of excess chrome is one of the things that make the car look classy instead of tacky. Leave it alone!

I agree, I like the handles on the TSX and RL... weird that the TL didn't get these amenities.

This is probably a dumb idea but this may work if you want to add that chrome look. Its stainless steel tape. Just cut it out to fit the shape and tape on. Don't know how durable it would be tho.

Don't really think the '04 TL is meant to be too chromy.... save it for the Benz's and Jag's...
